海口市进城务工人员子女学校小学生早餐行为调查

摘 要 目的:了解海口市进城务工人员子女学校小学生早餐行为及饮食习惯,为开展营养教育提供依据。方法:选择3所农民工子弟学校,由学生家长填写调查问卷,对小学生早餐行为和饮食习惯进行调查分析。结果:每天都吃早餐的学生占44.6%,不吃早餐者占8.5%,不吃早餐的主要原因是早上起床没胃口和没时间。早餐质量优良和较好的学生占7.35%,质量差者占92.65%。早餐就餐地点:家里47%,学校食堂9.7%,上学路上14.5%,学校门口小摊20.9%,早餐地点不确定7.9%。结论:进城务工人员子女早餐质量较差,部分学生用餐地点不符合营养卫生要求,应采取积极措施,改变不科学的饮食习惯。

STUDY OF THE BREAKFAST HABITS OF PUPILS
IN SCHOOLS OF PEASANT LABOVRERS’ CHILDREN IN HAIKOU

Abstract Objective:To investigate the breakfast
habits of pupils in primary schools of the peasant labo urers’
children in Haikou.Methods:3 primary schools mainly admitting
the peasant labourers’ children were selected. 639 pupils from
grade 1 to grade 6 were investigated with self-designed questionnaire.Results:44.6%
pupils had breakfast everyday, while 8.5% never had breakfast.
The main reasons for not having breakfast were lack of time
or lack of appetite. 7.35% pupils ate breakfast of high quality
and 92.65% had low quality breakfast. The percentage of the
pupils had breakfast at home, at school, on the way to school
and on the peddlers’ were 47%, 9.7%, 14.5% and 20.9% respectively.Conclusion:Quality
of breakfast of peasant labowers’ children needs to be improved
and health education need to be conducted to change unhealthy
breakfast habits.
