经下睑结膜入路126例男性中青年眼袋整形术

摘 要 目的：应用经下睑结膜入路行男性中青年眼袋整形术。方法：经下睑板下缘2mm作结膜切口,在眶隔前到达眶脂,经两次按压眼球后去除眶脂,切口不作缝合。 结果：126例男性中青年接受了该术式, 眼袋凸出均明显平复，效果满意。结论：该方法具有手术安全, 无下睑退缩、外翻的并发症，并且避免了下睑皮肤的手术瘢痕,故男性中青年患者愿意接受该术式。

CLINICAL EFFECT OF TRANSCONJUNCTIVAL BAGGY EYELID PLASTY: A REPORT OF 126 YOUNG AND MIDDLE-AGED MALE CASES

Abstract Objective：To perform transconjunctival lower eyelid plasty on young and middle-aged male patients and study its treatment effect of this approach.Methods：A conjunctival incision was made at a position approximately 2mm below the lower edge of lower eyelid. When accessing the orbital fat, the excess orbital fat was removed by pressing the eyeball twice. No stitch was needed after surgery.Results:A total of 126 young and middle-aged male patients underwent lower eyelid blepharoplasty with satisfactory results.Conclusion：This approach is safe and effective and has no post-operative ectropion risk. Besides, it does not leave an externally visible scar.
