复方岗松洗液的薄层色谱研究

摘 要 目的:对复方岗松洗液中的药材进行定性研究,以便更好地控制产品质量。方法:对方中主要药味苦豆草、岗松、黄柏、冰片、红花五味药用薄层色谱法进行定性研究,展开系统分别为苯-丙酮-醋酸乙酯(7∶3∶3)、石油醚(60℃~90℃)
-醋酸乙酯(5∶1)、苯-醋酸乙酯(19∶1)、正丁醇-冰醋酸-水(7∶1∶2)及环已烷-乙酸乙酯(5∶3)。结果:供试品色谱在对照品或对照药材色谱相应位置上显相同颜色斑点,所得斑点清晰,专属性强,重现性好,分离度良好,阴性样品无干扰。结论:所建立的方法简便、结果准确、重复性好,可用于产品的质量控制。

THE TLC INVESTIGATION OF COMPOUND GANGSONG
LOTION

Abstract Objective: To carry out the qualitative
investgation into the ingredient of compound GangSong Lotion,
in order to improve the quality control over the products. Methods:
TLC was applied to identify Herba Sophorae alopecuroidis, baeckea
frutescens linn, Phellodendron chinense schneid, borneolum syntheticum
and carthamus tinctorius. And the development systems were as
follows: benzene-actone-ethyl acetate (7∶3), petrolem ether
(60℃~90℃)-ethyl acetate (5:1), benzene-ethyl acetate (19∶1),
n-butanol-acetic acid-aquar (7∶1∶2), hexamethylene-ethyl acetate(5∶3).
Results:The chromatography of the samples clearly presented
the same-colored spots as the chromatography of the reference
herbs. Thus this method was considered to be specific, reproductive,
fine in resolving power and no interference of the negative
samples. Conclusion: The established method is simple, accurate,
reproductive and can be used for quality controlment.
