雪抑乐中异龙脑含量的气相色谱测定*

摘 要 目的:建立毛细管气相色谱法测定雪抑乐中异龙脑含量的方法。方法:色谱柱:SPBTM-1 Capillary Column (30m×0.25mm×0.25μm film thickness);FID检测器;柱温:100℃;进样器温度:235℃;检测器温度:245℃;载气:N2;流速:1.2ml?min-1;分流比:1∶10;内标:萘。结果:异龙脑在0.0400~0.2000mg?ml-1范围内具有良好的线性关系(r= 0.9999),平均回收率为96.78%(RSD=1.15%,n=6)。结论:本方法简便、快速、准确,可用于雪抑乐质量控制。

CONTENT DETERMINATION OF ISOBORNEOL IN XUEYILE BY CAPILLARY GC

Abstract Objective:To establish a Capillary GC method for the determination of Isoborneol in Xueyile. Methods: Chromatographic column:SPBTM-1 Capillary Column (30m×0.25mm×0.25μm);detector: FID;column temperature: 100℃; injector temperature: 235℃; detector temperature: 245℃; carrier gas: N2; flow rate: 1.2ml?min-1;split ratio:1∶10;intemal standard:naphthalene.Results:There was a good linear relationship in the concentration range 0.0464 ~ 0.2320 mg?ml-1(r= 0.9991). The mean recovery of the Isoborneol was 96.62%(RSD= 0.84%,n= 6). Conclusion: The method appears to be accurate,rapid and simple,and it can be applied to the quality control of Isoborneo1.
