雪抑乐中异龙脑含量的气相色谱测定*

摘 要 目的：建立毛细管气相色谱法测定雪抑乐中异龙脑含量的方法。方法：色谱柱：SPBTM-1 Capillary Column (30m×0.25mm×0.25μm film thickness)；FID检测器；柱温：100℃；进样器温度：235℃；检测器温度：245℃；载气：N2；流速：1.2ml?min-1；分流比：1∶10；内标：萘。结果：异龙脑在0.0400～0.2000mg?ml-1范围内具有良好的线性关系（r= 0.9999），平均回收率为96.78%（RSD=1.15%,n=6）。结论：本方法简便、快速、准确，可用于雪抑乐质量控制。

CONTENT DETERMINATION OF ISOBORNEOL IN XUEYILE BY CAPILLARY GC

Abstract Objective：To establish a Capillary GC method for the determination of Isoborneol in Xueyile. Methods： Chromatographic column:SPBTM-1 Capillary Column (30m×0.25mm×0.25μm);detector: FID;column temperature: 100℃; injector temperature: 235℃; detector temperature: 245℃; carrier gas: N2; flow rate: 1.2ml?min-1;split ratio:1∶10;intemal standard:naphthalene.Results:There was a good linear relationship in the concentration range 0.0464 ～ 0.2320 mg?ml-1(r= 0.9991). The mean recovery of the Isoborneol was 96.62％（RSD= 0.84%,n= 6）. Conclusion: The method appears to be accurate，rapid and simple,and it can be applied to the quality control of Isoborneo1.
