参附注射液对控制性低温家兔血液流变性影响的实验研究*

摘 要 目的:通过建立的低温家兔模型,观察参附注射液在低温条件下对血液流变性的影响。方法:40只家兔随机分为4组,分别设为对照组和实验组。实验组分为降温组以及参附Ⅰ组和参附Ⅱ组,每组10只。所有家兔经3%戊巴比妥钠麻醉后作气管切开插管,然后接呼吸机控制呼吸后加深麻醉;参附Ⅰ组按1ml/kg参附注射液、参附Ⅱ组按2ml/kg参附注射液经0.9%生理盐水稀释至5ml静脉注入。降温组及对照组注入等量生理盐水,三个实验组采用体表降温法将体温降至25℃±1℃,维持3小时。持续监测心电图、有创血压、鼻咽及直肠温度;并于降温前、降温至25℃、复温开始、复温至36℃时各采动脉血2.5ml测定血液流变学各项指标(对照组不降温,但采血时间与实验组一致)。结果:降温组在鼻咽温度从36℃降至25℃后,全血粘度高、中、低切及全血还原粘度低切与降温前比较明显升高(P<0.05);两参附组在降至预定温度及低温持续过程中高、中、低切全血粘度及低切还原粘度升高的幅度比降温组低(P<0.05),而两参附组在降温复温过程中血液流变学指标变化组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:参附注射液可降低家兔因控制性低温引起的血液粘度的升高幅度。

EFECTS OF SHENFU INJECTION ON HYPERVISCOSITY
IN MODEL OF HYPOTHERMIA RABBITS

Abstract Objective: To study the effects of
ShenFu injection on hyperviscosity in the model of hypothermia
rabbits. Methods: 40 rabbits were divided into control,hypothermia,and
two ShenFu groups.3% pentobarbital-anesthetized rabbits were
ventilated after intubation. Then ShenFu injection were injected
into treated animals and 0.9% normal saline was injected into
hypothermia group control respectively. All rabbits were injected
anesthetic before hypothermia .Except for control group, all
rabbits' Temperature(T) were lowered from 37℃ to 25℃±1℃ and
maintained 3 hours by surface cooling. Their mean arterial pressure(MAP)
and T were monitored during the entire experiment. Blood samples
(2.5ml) were taken immediately before hypothermia, T lowered
to 25℃, starting warming and when T recorered to 36℃.(All rheological
assays were carried out immediately at room temperature 22℃±1℃).Results:
In the hypothermia group, the viscosity of blood increased progressively
when body temperature was lowered from 36℃ to 25 ℃. But that
of ShenFu-treated rabbits was increased less than that of hypothermia
group(P<0.05). The blood viscosity change between two groups
of rabbits treated with ShenFu did not make any significant
difference(P>0.05).Conclusion: The elevation blood viscosity
in hypothermia rabbits may be decreased by ShenFu injection.
