男女正畸患者使用平面导板牙根吸收的比较研究

摘 要 目的：对男女患者使用平导牙根吸收的比较研究。方法：选用65例经标准方丝弓矫治技术矫治的病例，每个患者在戴平面导板前、停戴平面导板后6个月分别拍摄全口曲面断层片，分别测量下颌中切牙及侧切牙牙根等级，分析牙根吸收情况及发生频率的分布情况。结果：戴平导前4.72%男患者存在1级根吸收，4.76%女患者存在1级根吸收；停戴平导后6个月28.3%男患者存在1级根吸收；31.29%女患者存在1级根吸收。二种情况下男女患者牙根等级分布改变差异均无统计学意义。结论：不同性别患者使用平导牙根吸收无明显差异，平面导板对下前牙牙根造成吸收，但根吸收程度轻微。

COMPARISON OF ROOT GRADE CHANGE BEFORE AND AFTER TREATMENT WITH FLAT BITE PLATE BETWEEN MALE AND FEMALE

Abstract Objective：To study the root resorption caused by flat bite plate treatment between male and female. Methods：65 patients were chosen ,all were treated with edgewise technique;the extent and the frequency of the root resorption were analysed.All patients were taken panoramic radiograph before and 6 months after treat -ment by flat bite plate. The root grade of lower incisor and lower lateral incisor was measured.Results: 4.72% male patients and 4.76% female patients had one grade of root resorption before treatment by flat bite plate; 28.3% male patients and 31.29% female patients had one grade of root resorption 6 months after treatment by flat: there was no signifcant difference between male and female. Conclusion:There is no difference between male and female.The root resorption caused by flat bite plate is so small that it does no harm to the lower incisors.
