急性下肢深静脉血栓形成患者CD62L和CD11b/CD18表达的意义

摘 要 目的：探讨急性下肢深静脉血栓形成（deep venous thrombosis, DVT）患者中性粒细胞（polymorphonuclear neutrophil, PMN）表面粘附分子CD62L和CD11b/CD18表达及其意义。方法：选取急性DVT患者及正常对照人群外周血，运用流式细胞仪对所有对象检测外周血中PMN表面粘附分子CD62L和CD11b/CD18表达。结果：相对于正常组粘附分子CD62L平均抗体阳性表达率，DVT组显著降低(P<0.001)；相对于正常组CD11b/CD18平均阳性表达率，DVT组显著升高。DVT组内部CD62L、CD11b/CD18相关分析，二者呈明显负相关。结论：在下肢DVT的急性期，PMN处于活化状态，以细胞粘附为表现的PMN活化加快了血栓的进程，可能是血栓形成的重要发病原因之一。

SIGNIFICANCE OF EXPRESSION OF ADHESION MOLECULES ON POLYMORPHONUCLEAR NEUTROPHIL IN PATIENTS WITHACUTE LOWER EXTREMITY DEEP VENOUS THROMBOSIS

Abstract Objective：To study the significance of expression of adhesion molecules on polymorphonuclear neutrophil in patients with acute lower extremity deep venous thrombosis.Methods：Forty DVT subjects were selected to the study, thirty healthy subjects as control. Expression of CD62L and CD11b/CD18 on PMN were analyzed by flow cytometry(FCM).Results：The expression of CD62L was significantly lower,and the expression of CD11b/CD18 was significantly higher in DVT group that in the normal control (P<0.001). There were significant negative correlations between CD62L and CD11b/CD18 in the DVT group (r=-0.75, P<0.001).Conclusions：There were up-regulation of CD62L expression and down-regulation of CD11b/CD18 expression in DVT group.The expression of CD62L and CD11b/CD18 might be regarded as the marker of PMN activation, which plays an important role in acute DVT by expediting the progress of thrombosis and increasing the inflammation around thrombus and the degree of blood vessel injury.
